About these terms and acceptance

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the website and app operated by New Me (the “Platform”), and your purchase of our products and services. By creating an account, placing an order, or subscribing to a meal plan, you accept these terms in full. If you do not accept them, do not use the Platform.

These terms are published in Arabic and English. In case of conflict, the Arabic version prevails.

Our services and definitions

We sell and provide: (a) ready-to-eat food items and packaged food products (“Food Items”); (b) meal plans on a subscription basis (“Subscriptions”); (c) related delivery services, whether by us or via third-party delivery platforms. “Store Credit” means non-cash credit added to your account on the Platform.

04

Eligibility and your account

  • You must provide accurate, up-to-date account and delivery details and keep them updated.
  • You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials and for all activity under your account.
  • We may refuse, suspend, or terminate an account in cases of fraud, misuse of the Platform or offers, or breach of these terms, in accordance with applicable laws.
05

Orders and contract formation

  • Your order is an offer to buy; the contract forms when we send order confirmation (and for Subscriptions: when the start date is confirmed).
  • We may refuse or cancel an order before dispatch if an item is unavailable, a clear pricing error occurs, the address is outside delivery zones, or there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud — with a full refund of amounts paid.
  • If an item is out of stock, we contact you to offer an alternative; if no alternative is agreed, the item is removed and you are not charged for it.
06

Prices, payment, tax, and invoicing

  • Prices are in Saudi Riyals and include VAT unless otherwise stated at checkout.
  • Payment is due on order completion or as specified for Subscriptions, via licensed payment providers subject to their terms.
  • We may place a pre-authorization to verify the card; if payment fails, we may retry and suspend delivery until payment succeeds.
  • We issue tax invoices and credit notes compliant with the VAT Law and ZATCA e-invoicing regulations, including simplified invoices for consumers.
07

Perishable items are non-refundable

Perishable items are not returnable unless what you received is damaged, spoiled, unsafe, or materially different from the order (wrong or missing item).

You must notify us within two hours of delivery with supporting evidence (photos/video). The quality team reviews the claim; if upheld, we may replace affected items and/or issue a full or partial refund or store credit.
08

Food information and allergens

  • Items are prepared under applicable hygiene and safety practices.
  • For each meal — on the Platform and on delivery-platform menus — we publish calories, key macros (protein, carbs, fat, sugars), and major allergens, in Arabic and English.
⚠️Cross-contact warning: Our kitchens handle major allergens (milk, egg, gluten/cereals, peanuts, tree nuts, sesame, soy, fish, crustaceans, molluscs, celery, mustard, sulphites, and lupin). Cross-contact may occur despite precautions, and any item may contain traces. If you have an allergy, review product data and contact us before ordering — you remain responsible for choosing what suits your condition.
09

Health disclaimer

Nothing on the Platform is medical advice, and our plans are not medically supervised. We do not guarantee weight loss or any health outcome, and failure to achieve a desired result is not grounds for a refund. Consult a doctor or licensed nutritionist before starting any diet, especially if pregnant, managing a medical condition, or for children and older adults.

10

Delivery, collection, and transfer of risk

  • Delivery zones, windows, fees, and cut-offs are shown at checkout or in the app.
  • You must provide an accurate address and an available phone number. If you choose “leave at door,” risk transfers on delivery to the specified location.
  • Meals that cannot be delivered because you were unavailable or the address was wrong are treated as fulfilled and payable.
  • If we miss a confirmed delivery window for a reason within our control, you may choose redelivery, credit, or a refund for the affected meals.
  • Subject to force majeure: if delivery is delayed more than 15 days past the agreed date, you may cancel and receive a refund for the undelivered order.
  • Risk in items transfers to you on delivery — inspect your order on receipt and refrigerate perishables immediately.
11

Returns, refunds, and quality claims

Because Food Items are perishable, they are non-refundable after delivery except in these cases:

  • Quality/safety claims (damaged, spoiled, or unsafe): notify within two hours of delivery with evidence.
  • Wrong or missing item: notify within two hours of delivery.
If a claim is upheld, we commit — for affected items — to replacement, full/partial refund, or store credit, respecting your reasonable preference where operationally possible. Refunds return to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

We do not refund for: change of mind after production or dispatch; failed delivery due to a wrong address or unavailability; or damage from poor storage after delivery.

12

Subscriptions

24 hoursfree cancellation window after payment
2 daysminimum notice before delivery to edit
20%max cancellation fee (refund option)
12 monthsstore-credit validity
  • Activation & renewal: the subscription starts on the confirmed start date or first confirmed delivery; renewal cycles are charged in advance with notice before each charge, and you may cancel renewal anytime before the cycle is charged.
  • Cooling-off: you may cancel a new or renewed subscription within 24 hours of payment for a full refund, unless production of your meals has begun.
  • Plan management: you may skip a delivery day, swap meals, or reschedule at least two days before via the app; after the deadline the amount remains due. Skipped days within the window extend the plan or convert to credit.
  • Pause: available on the same timelines; if a pause exceeds two consecutive months, the subscription is cancelled automatically and unused value becomes store credit valid for 12 months, with a reminder one month before expiry.
  • Customer cancellation: available anytime — option (A) store credit for the full value of remaining days with no fee; or option (B) a refund for remaining days within 7–14 business days after deducting a cancellation fee equal to the lesser of 20% of unused balance for admin and production-planning costs.
  • Non-refundable: delivered days; deliveries fulfilled or missed due to the customer; the cancellation fee; and promotional discount values per their offer terms.
13

Storage and food safety after delivery

  • Refrigerate meals immediately on receipt at 4°C or below and consume before the date on the label.
  • Follow reheating instructions, and do not consume items left unrefrigerated for long periods.
  • After delivery you alone are responsible for proper storage and handling, with special care for pregnant people, children, older adults, and those with weakened immunity.
14

Orders via delivery platforms

  • When ordering via a platform such as Jahez or HungerStation, order, payment, delivery, and refund procedures follow that platform’s terms; the platform is responsible for the delivery service.
  • We remain responsible for preparing items, their safety, data, and quality.
  • Complaints about platform orders should first go through the platform’s process; we cooperate on proven quality issues.
  • Menus, prices, and offers on delivery platforms may differ from ours; we receive your necessary data from them to fulfill the order under our Privacy Policy.
15

Personal data protection

We process personal data — including name, contact details, address, payment information, order history, and any dietary or allergy preferences — in accordance with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law, its Implementing Regulations, and the Privacy Policy published on the Platform.

16

Promotions and discount codes

  • Codes may be subject to expiry dates, minimum order values, exclusions, and usage limits per the offer.
  • One code per order unless stated otherwise; codes have no cash value and are not redeemable for cash.
  • We may cancel a discount or order or suspend an account for misuse, including multiple accounts to exploit offers.
17

Communications and notices

You agree to receive service communications (order confirmations, delivery updates, renewal notices) electronically via the app, SMS, WhatsApp, or email. Marketing messages are sent only as permitted by law, with an unsubscribe option at any time that does not affect service communications.

18

Complaints and customer support

💬Email: info@newmeforever.com — we aim to reply within 24 hours and resolve complaints within 5 business days.
19

Intellectual property and acceptable use

  • All Platform content — marks, text, images, recipes, designs, and software — is owned by or licensed to us. We grant you a limited, personal, non-commercial license to use the Platform.
  • Misuse of the Platform, automated data scraping, reverse engineering, interference with security, impersonation, unlawful content, or commercial use without our consent is prohibited.
  • By submitting a review or content you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use and display it in connection with the Platform; we may review or remove user content.
20

Liability and indemnity

These terms do not exclude any liability that law does not allow to be excluded — including mandatory consumer-protection rules and liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for fraud. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for it. You agree to indemnify us for losses arising from your breach of these terms or unlawful use of the Platform.

21

Force majeure

We are not liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control — such as severe weather, road closures, government action, supply disruption, or system outages. If force majeure prevents a scheduled Subscription delivery, affected meals are rescheduled or their value is added as credit.

22

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for material breach, fraud, or misuse. Termination does not affect rights accrued before it; amounts paid in advance for undelivered meals are refunded or converted to credit (except amounts forfeited under section 12). Provisions that by nature should survive — such as IP, liability, and governing law — remain in force.

23

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time, publishing the current version and effective date on the Platform and notifying you of material changes. Material adverse changes do not apply to an active prepaid Subscription cycle; the version in force when a dispute arose applies to that dispute.

24

General provisions

  • These terms with the Privacy Policy and any order-specific terms form the entire agreement between us.
  • Invalidity of any provision does not affect the rest; failure to exercise a right is not a waiver.
  • You may not assign your rights without our consent; we may assign to an affiliate or commercial successor.
25

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Disputes are referred to the competent courts and committees in the Kingdom — including consumer dispute committees where competent.
